RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can use the right to refuse or exchange goods purchased in the online store. If for some reason you are unable to return the product to us within the above terms, please contact us. In this case, any return or exchange of goods is at our discretion. Once your shipped item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a replacement item or make a full refund for the returned item using your original payment method. The terms of the refund depends on the method of payment and return you make, but is no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

Return or exchange of goods:

In order to make an exchange or request a refund, send us an e-mail to: home@homestory-riga.com. After processing your request, our operator will contact you to agree on the terms of the return or replacement of goods. We try to process all requests within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the application. 

Return and exchange policy

1. Please take into account that at the time of receipt of the goods, SIA "HOMESTORY" has the right to record possible visual damage and the compliance with the set. If SIA "HOMESTORY" detects unsatisfactory visual look and / or set compliance of the goods at the time of receipt, you will be informed about this and receive a copy of the statement of identification and / or a notification.
2. All parcels using courier services or parcels sent via parcel terminals must be packed in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer or in such packaging that will protect the goods during transportation.
3. In case of sending unpackaged goods, the sender is responsible for any damage that may occur during the transfer.
4. In the event that the sender has complied with the packaging requirements, the carrier is liable for possible damage that may arise during transportation and handling.
5. A refund is issued using the same payment method used in the initial order, unless you have specified it otherwise. In any case you are not a subject to any fees required for a refund.
6. We may delay payment until we receive the goods.
7. The goods must be returned from 10:00 - 19:00 to the SIA "HOMESTORY" store – Brīvības 148a, Rīgā without undue delays and, in any case no later than 14 days, starting from the day of notification of the termination of this agreement. Or send it to the address indicated in the form: Brīvības 148a, Rīga, SIA “HOMESTORY” The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the expiration date of 14 days.
8. You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods and transportation.
9. The right to refuse goods within 14 days only applies to customers who are physical persons and purchased goods in the online store.
